That is a stunning photo, Alexandra. The North Carolina mountains are simply beyond gorgeous in all seasons. People who don't know out state often don't realize how beautiful the western part of our state is.

I refer a lot of second-home buyers to the Asheville area and one of them texted me this shot last week when we were chatting about the moutains getting so much snow. It is SO gorgeous up there and is only about 2 hours from Charlotte! We've had warmer temperatures (in the mountains also) and now, much of it has melted.
And, like Myrl Jeffcoat mentioned, I highly recommed a visit to the Biltmore House.
