Seriously, when you look back on the year 2018, you must have had far more positive events than you did negative.
And take three of those biggest negative events.
Did they cause worry in your life, either before they came to fruition or afterwards?
Now you may be one of the more fortunate ones who just don’t let worry get hold of you in your life.
And if you are one who does consider this:
Would you agree 99% of all worry is in vain.
What I mean by that is, you worried, but from worrying, you did not improve the situation, you did not shorten up the unhappiness, or the disappointing happenings, right?
So why do we keep worrying.
We must have picked up the habit from our parents, our relatives who are older than us.
For myself being in real estate sales, there have been times in the past 39 years, I have worried about not having a sale, or not having a listing, or worrying an escrow may fall out.
And you know what happened, whether one of those negative things happened or not, I still managed to survive.
A few days, or weeks, there was another transaction coming my way.
Would you like to know how to overcome that worrying habit?
You do it just like any other bad habit you have had.
For instance, smoking.
If you ever have smoked in the past, and you quit, it was by a constant commitment to stop it.
To focus on quitting every day, quite often focusing on it several times a day to quit.
And then eventually it happens.
Success came your way.
You can do the same with this worry habit.
