Man My Team Does Alot!!!

By
Real Estate Agent with The Fischetti Group/Keller Williams

There is nothing like absence to make the heart grow fonder and for us when our team members are gone we really get a better understanding of what they do.

I'm so   thankful for my guys, several of them were out of town at the same time at the end of the month.

Boy was it hard for me to smile.

But I smile when I think of all they do, and do MUCH better than me.

Thanks Team

We really work well together!

Anyone else want to share about their team?

Thanks,

Jim

Jim,
You are very fortunate to be part of such a hardworking team.  I hope you shared this blog with them, everyone likes a nice pat on the back every now and then.  :0)

Thanks for acknowledging the worker bees.  We all have a tendency to underestimate their worth.

Team Honeycutt,

Yes we do, unfortunately. But I can tell you have a heart for people and treat your team well I am sure.

Sounds like you had a BUSY week with several of your team members out of town at the same time!  This was a nice way to say THANKS for all they do.

When you have a good team it really is nice... we finally have a great team together and things are really working well... all making more money and makes everyone's life much better...

Just got back from vacation and it sure makes life easier when you are not doing it all on your own...

The one rule I have on our team is there is not such thing as "that's not my job"...
