One Home Buyer's Dog House is Another Buyer's Mansion

Ya gotta love the buyer agents who think they know everything about your listing, seller intentions and how they would market, yet they really know only what they want. Which is not in agreement with your objective. But that doesn't stop them from trying to tell a listing agent how to do her job. Some even go so far as to inflate their ego, experience and plaster it in my email. I want to say get out of my email, you loser, you.

Because they want me to act in a certain way that is advantageous to them. Which is not gonna happen. And they don't understand why. After all, don't agents want to put deals together? Shouldn't we do whatever it takes to get into escrow? Slimeballs, maybe. So my answer to that gibberish is no, it is nonsense.

I find it funny when other agents are overtaken by their giant egos and feel the need to critique everything... I guess it keeps them from having to take a serious look at themselves.... you don't know what you don't know.

Nina Hollander Especially the ones who call for "more information" when all the information they need to know is in the listing. Offer list price, you own it. Screw around, who knows? I don't have to talk to those types to know where they are coming from. What they want to know is will I break fiduciary, and the answer to that is no. It's a wasted phone call.

Nina Hollander I used to be able to avoid those calls by putting my team member's name first on the listing, but then some recipient websites changed the way they assigns listings, and co-listings were a problem with them. So with my name first, I deal with the calls. Many listings agents just don't answer their phone, and that's how they deal with it.
