Puamana 22A can be purchased for $456K. The unit was obtained in 6/16 for $380K.
Plantation 912 is available for $639K. It was purchased in 4/18 for $547K. It initially was priced at $599K then was bumped up to $639K, which is why you’ll see it under Price Changes.
Plantation 312 also came on the market this week with a list price of $725K. It sold in 10/16 for $642K.
Cliffs 8204 is listed for $927K. It sold for $475K in 3/12.
Contingent:
Paliuli 6 is now in escrow while priced at $695K. The last sale was for $475K in 5/14. Pali Ke Kua 220 found a buyer while priced at $1.2M after 138 market days. The seller bought this unit in 10/96 for $320K.
Sales:
Alii Kai 12A sold for $470K while priced at $475K. The sale before was in 8/11 for $289K.
Price Changes:
Mauna Kai 4A made a $16K reduction and is now on the market for $459K. The seller paid $366K in 1/16. Emmalani Court 214 is now $629K after a reduction from $650K. It sold before for $550K in 12/17.
Plantation 912 came on the market at $599K then went immediately to $639K. Paliuli 5 went up to $670K last week but went back down to it’s original price of $650K this week. The prior sale was for $530K in 5/17.

Contingent:
3795 Mapuana Place only took 81 days to go into escrow with a list price of $885K. The previous sale was for $112K in 10/81.
3654 Keoniana Road is in escrow. It was listed for $995K and sold previously for $539K in 10/01.
4890 Emmalani Drive is in escrow after 12 market days priced at $1.115M. Previously, the home sold for $795K in 3/09.
Under Contract:
4048 Aloalii, priced at $2.840M, moved to under contract and will be closing soon.
Price Changes:
3696 Keoniana came on the market at $1.218M and immediately corrected to $1.150M. 5332 Honoiki is now $1.275M down from $1.325M. It sold for $935K in 10/14.
4221 Kekuanaoa reduced to $2.5M from $2.7M. The last sale was for $1.1M in 4/11. 5073 Kapiolani Loop is now $2.995M after a reduction from $3.120M. It sold in 1/12 for $1.525M.
