Something totally amazing I happen to find on YOUTUBE last night around 11:15P.M. Was talking about.
There were reasons for every one of them, there were a total of 12 suggestions.
1 was TAKE A COLD SHOWER and the reasons for It I do not recall butt does something for your body. That is great.
This caused me to remember most of the showers on a Navy destroyer built early enough to have been in World War II but still running during the Viet Nam war showers were surprising enough you wanted to get out quicker than you got in.
2 was to get up when you wake up (along with it another)
3 don’t check your phone immediately give it an hour or so
4 don’t watch TV or check the news.
And just by watching all of that, caused me to wake up 90 minutes earlier than I normally do.
