Corona del Mar Home Values 12/23/2018
This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 1.0 percent, new homes are up 6.5 percent and resale condos are up 2.1 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 11.7 percent, down 7.5 percent on condos and down 3.3 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 24.8 percent and the sales volume is up 45.0 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 0.1 percent and the sales volume is down 35.3 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 2.0 percent and the sales volume is up 21.1 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 10.2 and the sales volume is down 32.1 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 1.7 percent and the sales volume is up 9.0 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 23.6 percent and the sales volume down 31.9 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 12.7 percent and the sales volume is up 2.2 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 6.6 percent and the sales volume is down 9.3 percent.
It is still a strong market that has slowed down. We just had an adjestment in the interest rates. We are in full holiday time so having is stron a market is good. Let's see where this goes for next year.
