With 2018 almost behind us, it is time to start looking ahead to what the New Year will bring. I have been filling the pipeline with future business with buyers and potential sellers in the southern Utah area.

I am chuckiling at Michael Jacobs comment.  I think he has a good point on changing bulbs to LED style which last longer, or better yet sun powered.  We had an electrical outage last evening, and my sun powered outdoor lights (year round) keept the lights on outside.  Cheers A
