How to Change Your Business to More Instead of Less for 2019 vs 2018

Spending hundreds of dollars, even thousands of dollars are not necessarily a guaranteed increase in business.

Let’s be brutally honest about it, more money in your pocket.

My reason for saying that, I have done it to the tune of thousands of dollars since 1978.

And none of them ever gave me a substantial large amount of business.

Although I have heard of others who it did help them.

Except for what I did and listened to beginning in 1978.

From the lessons of Tom Hopkins.

The bottom line, you must have a desire, commitment, passion, and tenacity.

One of my close friends who is 64 years of age, and younger than myself, complimented me again earlier this week, saying:

“I don’t know how you can do so much, go so fast, and accomplish so much, and help so many.”

My response to her: “You can also if you want to, you need to have that passion, desire, and tenacity.

Fortunately, I recognize every day, God has blessed me greatly compared to many others.”

There is much improvement needed for me.

Some of the areas I am not satisfied with my results are: not smiling more, not compliment people when I first meet them, about something about themselves.

You meet a person, you can find something to compliment them on;

Their beautiful eyes, their clothes, their hair, their shoes, there attitude, there is always something you can find and pay them a compliment on.

I start over every day, working to accomplish more, be more productive, watch my speed, focus on the thoughts that I allow to go through my head.

One of my goals, is to find a couple of other real estate agents who I can help.

However, it is important that they have to want to see more success for themselves than I want to see.

That is harder to find than it is to find a seller or buyer.

With how the real estate business is different now compared to the 1980's 1990's.

The more people you know, who trust you and like you, and implimenting about five 

different areas creating or controlling a situation by causing something to happen rather than responding to it after it has happened.
