Every morning we have a visitor.
Sparky as I call him, waits every morning for his peanuts.
The first thing I do in the morning is to throw out a few in the shell peanuts.
When I am a short distance away, Sparky comes down and gathers a few up and runs for his nest.
Yes, some times these varmints are a pain, but this one seems content waiting for his nuts!
He's got his little morning routine & thanks to you he's able to store plenty of nuts for the winter. That's sweet of you William.
Hi William- i just love little squirrels. We have several that come to visit us daily and we always have a supply of raw peanuts for them.

We have a few on some of the golf courses that wait for golfers to park their carts. As they are hitting their next shot the squirrels search the carts for goodies, some of them actually approach them looking for a handout.
The regular visitors get to be pets of sort...and both you and Sparky enjoy the benefits !

Bill, you are right, some are nice to have and others especially the small red ones are a pain in the butt
They really do have adorable little faces don't they. Just yesterday I was driving down the street when a gorgeous gray squirrel came running in front of me. I threw on the brakes to miss him, and he ran the opposite direction and the zig zagged around and headed toward me again. It looked somethin' out of bumper cars, but without metal hitting fur. All left the scene unscathed!
