RedGate Golf Course to Close
The 18-hole, city-owned RedGate Golf Course will close, Monday, Dec. 31, 2018 following an announcement by operators Billy Casper Golf that it will end its leasing relationship with the City of Rockville at the end of the calendar year.

No this is not a course that Chef Dolores plays. However, we have friends who have played there on a regular basis. This is not the first golf course to close in the area.

Land is very expensive in the area and there are often alternative land uses.
