You can start your day over in the middle of the day by changing your mindset and forgetting about what happened prior.  Truthfully, any time can be a new beginning.  The New Year provides an opportunity for us to look at a specific time to help 'make change'.  I hope everyone has a wonderful New Year.  May this year be better than your last.
