Here you go, Barbara Todaro (who has been my Sensei through much of this and will be even more in 2019).
My journey began in August, 2017 to get so fiercely healthy that I could handle ANYTHING. A naturopath, balanced insides and lots of mindful self-care got me to my FIRST goal--the hourglass figure I had in my 20s and 30s.
NEXT goal, getting tighter, leaner. I can already kick your ass. Well, not Barbara's. That will never happen.
(I will settle for a little less belly and a little more biceps. A LITTLE, Barbara! I like my boobs and butt!)
Happy 2019 to all reading this. If hedonistic me can do this, you can too--if you want.
BTW, had 4 X Spicy Bloodies at the lodge yesterday, which will throw me off for a day. Today, it's water and extra exercise! Deprivation DOES NOT WORK for me. Only BALANCE does.
OH, one more thing. A couple of you know this. When I turned 50, I began 'counting backward' with each birthday.
