Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas

December was a slow month for residential real estate in Addison. The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 23, down from 27 last month. Inventory is still low! Currently for sale, there are:

  • 8 single family homes (ranging in price from $337,000 - $524,900)Oaks North area of Addison, TX
  • 3 half-duplexes ($275,000 - $325,000)
  • 10 condos ($179,900 – $499,900)
  • 2 townhomes ($379,999 - $459,000)

Eighteen of the 23 available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days. Homes are taking a little longer to sell as the market corrects.

The average number of days on the market for the “active” status, pre-owned homes is 88 days as compared to 69 last month). The median number of days on the market is 79 days, compared to last month’s 58 days.

The average list price to sold price ratio is 98.31%, an increase to last month’s 97.06%.
