Happy New Year! I'm excited about the new year and all of the opportunities it will bring. Wishing you a year full of peace, joy, and harmony. The real estate market in Austin is already heating up. Two days into the year and I am getting calls for buyer showings and listing appointments. I think that the shift that we were experienciing is already beginning to balance itself out.

Business has been slower in Toronto, recently ...... I think it is mainly because of the particularly harsh weather these few weeks.
