The older I get the more I notice and care about. That said I don't care one iota about how things are viewed unless it is in a professional context. It has always been my view that there is a higher standard of conduct required at work: whether that work is real estate related, in education or at the highest level of government.

Unfortunately, there is little concern today about the integrity associated with work. It matters not just how good and knowledgeable you are if you are not believed or trusted. My eyes are wide open and so are your clients and customers. Remember that and act accordingly.

I was very interested in what Joe Pryor said about the service he received with his Canon printer.  I use to buy only HP printers, but notice they are getting flimsier, and less reliable all the time.  I may buy a Canon next time.

Hi Myrl. I had always bought Epson and they got really poor as was their customer service. I have had a Canon for about two months and it is solid and their people are good.     Sheila

Sadly work ethic and customer service is woeful amongst the masses. It's a sad state of affairs when we get excited over the rare pleasant experience.
