Feasterville Trevose Pa House Values with Garage att January 2019

Let's take a look at what is happening in the Feasterville Trevose area . We will look at single homes with attached garage  In the last thirty days there are three active listing available and one closed sale . There has been other activity in the Feasterville Trevose area but we will concentrate on these statistics for this report . I do want to mention my office in also located in the Feasterville Trevose area .

 

There are three active listing with an attached garage as of January 3,2019  according to Bright MLS

Active : 3BR 1.5 bath   1393 sq' single rancher   oil ht C/A   cath ceiling  Fire pit in yard  Priced $299,999

Active : 4 BR 2.5 Bath  2019 sq ' single traditional   2 car att car  elect ht C/A Neshaminy Woods w/Water Views  $339,999

Active : 4 BR 2.5 Bath  2380 sq' center hall colonial   solar panel leased - C/A priced below market  $360,000

 

 All these houses are in Neshaminy School district

There is only one Sold/Closed Single   in the Last thirty Days with an attached garage

Closed /SOLD : 4BR  2.5 Bath  2400 sq'  Colonial w/basement  Oil ht newer  C/A  upgraded and remodeled $390,000

 

It is my professional opinion you will continue to see a slight rise in  prices in the year 2019 in the Feasterville Trevose area . Last year in January the sale prices were lower posted by Bright MLS . This is good news .Especially for  houses that have been updated and upgraded . Good news for those planning to put their houses on the market . Inventory is low and this time of year is the best time of year to sell -not spring . Spring market there is much more competition . I believe you do get better prices this time of year ..

 

There is also a  high demand for the older homes . I have sold quite a few houses that were in original condition and sold in "as is condition ". These houses did not last . There are many younger people who are handy and can upgrade themselves These are the homes th at Mom or Dad have lived in and just never updated maybe Grand-pop or Grand-mom lived there . I think you get my drift . Rather then fixing it up just clean it out . I can easily do the rest . If you cannot find the energy to clean it out I have people that can do that

 

The Feasterville Trevose area is located right outside of Northeast Philadelphia area .  Feasterville Trevose is conveniently located just minutes from the entrance of the Pa turnpike . The Septa Train  Station is also close by for those who need to travel . You have the convenience of the Doylestown Court House and Philadelphia Court House . Hopefully you will not have a need to go to either unless you work there then this is a wonderful location for you .

 

 

 

 

Feasterville is a wonderful community to live in.  Neshaminy Schools are rated one of the highest schools in Bucks County  There are also great places to eat . I will write some posts on this later .

I find it interesting on how the area dictates the price of homes.  You could buy a substantial home for those prices around my area.

Endre Barath, Jr.  Amazing how pricing differs from regions . One of my clients laughs at me when I tell her location is everything but lets face it who ever coined the phrase "location location location" -well they nailed it .

James Dray Well just ask Endre he thinks these prices are great . This is why I love Active Rain . We really learn pricing around the country when we take the time to read each others  market reports . Don't you think so ?

Brian England These homes are  attached garages my next report will be detached garages . To tell the truth Brian every house I owned with a garage I never parked a car in it . I always used it for storage ,but that is me .
