I was facing an uphill battle, when I accepted the re-list of this amazing Property. The Sellers were sour on Realtors, as they have been trying to sell for almost 2 years, and had 2 previous agents!
We re-listed at the exact price that the previous listing was priced at, when the listing canceled/expired. That is about all we did the same as the previous agent.
We went to work immediately, implementing our Marketing plan. Together the sellers and I agreed to upgrade the photos/videos of the property. We did 2 photo shoots, which involved drone video and photos, and a twilight shoot.
