20 Small Ways To Be Happier In 2019
Let's face it, who doesn't want to be "happier" in life? Last year I came across this post on 20 Small Ways To Be Happier This Year on NotesFromJoanna.com -- a wonderful blog about living a better and more fulfilling life--or as Joanna puts it... a more "wholehearted" life. I love not just the message of her blog, but also the look of it... it immediately has a calming, peaceful effect. And I love how she breaks down goals on a month by month basis.
I was so taken with Joanna's message about 20 small ways to be happier, I wrote a blog post about it last year. 12 months later, this is one of the most visited posts on my blog here and one of the most saved posts on my Pinterest account. Hardly a day goes by that I don't see a message that someone on Pinterest has saved my post. Clearly, this message is one that strikes a chord with many people. So I thought I should once again post Joanna's 20 small ways to be happier this year.
Step #1 in our journey towards being happier is probably making the decision to be so. Then, there are things we can do throughout our daily lives that contribute to a sense of happiness and general well-being. As with many things in life, becoming happier not some grandiose act, but a series of small acts and steps that achieve a larger purpose.
This list of 20 Small Ways To Be Happier This Year has inspired me to be more conscious of taking steps to ensure a more daily sense of happiness. I hope it does you, as well.
