January 9 is National Take the stairs day. I read about it in Carrier Pigeon, a free magazine that I receive in the mail each month. They have something special for each day of the month. Gita, I try to take the stairs whenever possible. My new office is on the 6th floor and my receptionist always teases me that if the elevator ever breaks she knows it won't be me who is on it!
