Queen's Feast: Charlotte Restaurant Week | January 18-27: We're Serving Something Special In 2019!
Charlotte's much-loved and highly anticipated, bi-annual Restaurant Week returns for its "winter season" on January 18th and runs through January 27th. Once again it's time to enjoy a true Queen's Feast! You'll have 10 days to dine like royalty at over 130 upscale Charlotte region restaurants located in nine surrounding counties (Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus, Rowan, Iredell, Lincoln, Gaston, Catawba, York) at a reasonable fixed price of $30 or $35 for three courses.
The January 2019 theme for Queen's Feast is "We're serving something special." And you'll be able to check out lots of something special, not just at your favorite eateries, but also at more than a dozen first-time restaurant participants. First-timers include: 37Sol Southwest Kitchen & Tequila Bar and TapHaus49 in Southwest Charlotte; Basilico’s in Concord; YUME Ramen Sushi & Bar and Zeppelin in South End; Dilworth Tasting Room; the new Bistro La Bon in Cotswold; the new location of Lily’s Bistro in Lake Wylie; and McAdenville Table & Market in Gaston County.
The first Charlotte Restaurant Week® took place in July 2008 and had 42 restaurants participating. In the past 10 years it's grown to over 130 participating restaurants and attracts both local Charlotteans, as well as people from outside the area. Recent Queen's Feast Restaurant Weeks served over 170,000 diners and generated some $8.2 million in revenue for the 130 participating restaurants in the nine counties surrounding Charlotte. Not only is it a great way to enjoy great food at a reasonable cost, it's a great way to explore new restaurants and cuisines throughout the Charlotte area.
