The Viaduct Is Coming Down & Seattle's New Waterfront Plan Is Coming Into Sight. Pioneer Square real estate

Courtesy Of The City, New Incredible Improvements Will Likely Spark Seattle's Modern Land Grab

Get your feet in the Downtown Seattle and Pioneer Square real estate market!   The new Seattle waterfront will be easy to visualize once the viaduct is gone and is a closing window of opportunity!  As soon as the viaduct is down this month, the opportunity of any surrounding real estate is going to be very obvious. To everyone.   Typically in Downtown Seattle condos market and even Pioneer Square at times, buyers look for views.  The new waterfront amenities level the playing field for all properties.  It isn't about the views anymore.  It is about proximity to new amenities.

Because of it's beautiful and well developed park systems, Seattle is one of the nation's most livable cities.  Since the viaduct was built in the 1950s, the views and accessibility to the city's waterfront has been cut off. Getting our waterfront back is going to be major and condos in Pioneer Square, Downtown, and more are going to be the hot commodity. It happened when in Queen Anne, Eastlake, Westlake, and South Lake Union when Lake Union Park went in and it will happen with this development likely on a much larger scale.

We listed a great historic loft in Pioneer Square that is located just a block from the new waterfront improvements! It has 975 square feet of living space and is priced for to sell! Brick walls frame the history that is quintessentially Pioneer Square. Hardwood floors throughout this one bedroom loft , high ceilings give character and warmth. Practical open floor concept for a live-work idea.  Open kitchen, new stove/range, washer and dryer in unit, storage locker and deeded parking spot in secure garage (parking!!!!)Perfect spot for commuting to the games, late night dinner, Metro or the airport.  Don't let this one pass you by. $675,000

Let the city build your equity for you.

Dear Courtney,

Really?? That will look so different. I loved coming into port, since that was quite unique. Seattle is changing a lot.
