If only I was a Newbie again

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty Louisville EAST

Do you remember the excitement we had when we got our license?  "Full Steam Ahead" and "I can sell to anyone!"  Now it's "how do i not get sued?"  OR "How can i please this potential client to be there agent for life?" " Do I have time to blog?" Should i use LOL in my blog? Where is that purchase contract?  Whew! And thats just the begining.

How do we get that excited again?

You need to take time off from real estate and approach it in a new light.  Try different things and become passionate about what you do.  Get involved in something charitable which will make you feel good.

I have been at it a long time and I still feel excited about my job and Real Estate, even during these difficult times. Chin up, smile and continue to be positive. Come here to AR to vent and shake it off. Good Luck to you.

You can still have that newbie feeling every day by keeping a postitive attitude. If you get to a point to where you don't like what you are doing it is time for an attitude change or maybe its time to find something else to do.
