Starting 2019 with a Fantastic Seller Review
Selling real estate is what I was meant to do. Every day I wake up happy to help home owners sell their homes. Sure there are challenges, as there are in any career path, but rising to them and getting the job is what I do. You don't get to be a Top Producing Agent without taking challenges and rising to them. My most recent sale of Unit 307 in Providence Square Condos, located in Fairfax City, had some challenges that the seller and I had to address to sell the unit.
In the survey that Long & Foster Real Estate sent out after our New Year's Eve closing, the seller of that Providence Square Condo gave me the highest marks (a max score of ten) in all the categories in which she was reviewing me. Professionalism. Communication. Accessibility. Guidance through the real estate process. Overall satisfaction. And finally, likelihood to recommend to friends and family. That was fantastic to hear.
What was even better was reading what the seller had to say in her own words about me.
Chris Ann was with us every step of the very difficult task of selling our recently deceased father's condo. She guided us through updating and preparing the house for market as well as carefully staging the house to highlight interesting features. To say she went above and beyond is a gross understatement. Chris Ann is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. We could not have been more satisfied.
Being this satisfied when you sell your Providence Square Condo, a Bristow single family home or Gainesville townhouse, starts with hiring the right agent for the job. It's not about who charges you the least, but who gives you the most for the money. Getting a professional with the experience and skills to make you the most money. How do you know who that is? Sales history and reviews. You can find both of those for me by clicking here.
When you are selling your largest investment, you only get the best results by hiring the best agent, not the cheapest.
