Let's take a few minutes to look back on the real estate market for Cumberland Cove for 2018. The statistics looks strong for both homes that sold in Cumberland Cove & also for the first time in many years the lot statistics look good. According to the ECC Chairman of Cumberland Cove, there were more new homes under construction in 2018 than in the history of the community which would take us back to 1985.
In 2018 there were 28 homes sold in Cumberland Cove. Since the community is located halfway between Crossville & Cookeville on the Cumberland Plateau mountains that area is serviced by two different Multiple Listing Services. I am a member of both MLS services so the statistics I am publishing are from both MLS services. The average priced home sold in Cumberland Cove in 2018 was $260,930.00. Breaking it down even further there were only seven new construction and the remaining 21 were resale homes. This tells us that with the numerous new homes under construction those are folks like myself how have owned a building lot and are now bringing their dreams to reality!
