Most of my regular readers are familiar that this is the latest Planned Urban Development in Los Angeles. Before this one the last Planned Urban Developement (PUD) was about 60 plus years ago.
This is a community with its own Post Office, Numerous Restaurants, Banking Facilities, Dry Cleaners and the list goes on an on. There is virtually no reason to leave the community. Hence the New Start Up Company employees, the Google & Yahoo employees by natural progression have gravitated to this community. Hence in the past few years the prices have dramatically increased.
The other benefit is that it is less than three mile to the Pacific Ocean and less than two miles to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). the best part is you do not hear the planes since it is not in the take off or landing patterns of LAX.
