The Alameda’s Farmer’s Market is open to the public on Saturday, January 12, and Tuesday, January 15 mornings from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, rain or shine. All the fruits and vegetables are available at great prices. So good! Don’t miss the opportunity to shop for delectable fruits, vegetables, and flowers. The market is on Haight Avenue at Webster Street and is open rain or shine.
Alameda South Shore Center and Off the Grid food trucks will be at South Shore on Saturday, January 12, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm in the South Shore Center parking lot in front of Petco.
Crab Cove for Family Nature Fun Hour features “Wonderful Watershed”. Then find out what’s new at the cove on Saturday, January 12, and Sunday, January 13 at 2:00 pm. Crab Cove is located at 1252 McKay Avenue. Please call 510-544-3187 for more information.
“Crazy Rich Asians” free movie showing at the Alameda Free Main Library on Saturday, January 12 at 2:00 to 4:00 pm., teens only, 13 to 19. The library is at 1550 Oak Street.
Victorian House on Home Tour
AAPS presents the History of the 45 years of the Alameda Legacy Home Tours, Sunday, January 13 at 7:00 pm at the First Congregational Church, 1912 Central Avenue featuring Conchita Perales and Woody Minor. The Alameda Architectural Preservation Society lectures are free for members and $5 to all others.
