January 11 - 20, 2019

Cafe HonThis weekend promises to be cold and perhaps snowy but that's no reason not to venture out and explore some of the local Baltimore area eateries!!  Starting today through January 20, participating restaurants will be offering 2 course brunch and lunch menus for between $12 and $20, and 3 course dinner menus for up to $35.  There are 100 different restaurants participating this time around.

For a complete list of particpating restaurants and to make reservations you'll want to check out Restaurant Week's website.

Captain JamesSome of my favorites are:

Blue Hill Tavern in Brewer's Hill

Cafe Hon in Hampden

Captain James Landing Restaurant in Fell's Point

Gunther & Co in Canton

Mama's on the Half Shell in Canton

SoBo Cafe in Federal Hill

The Capital Grille at the Inner Harbor

Check out some old favorites or try something new, there are some new participants this time around.   See you out there!!

Good morning June Piper-Brandon - this all sounds very tempting.  I wonder if people are trying to tighten their belts after the holidays.

I'd be in trouble if I were in Baltimore during restaurant week, June.  I'm on a diet.

We have something similar starting on the 17th called Queen's Feast in Charlotte. We try to hit two or three new restaurants each time to try something different. Have a great time exploring next week!
