I like the infographic, Sally. It does make sense to spend some money to make some money. Outdated and bleak looking kitchens and bathrooms really do stall sales.

Sally/David, We met with a couple that another agent told them to add an attic and it will increase the value of their home. They should have spent that money on minor repairs for kitchen and baths because thats' where they really needed it!

Hi Sally-it's always hard to decide what to do in the way of updating a home. Ideally people will keep their home updated but that's not always the case. We saw a home recently and everything had been updated except the master bathroom. A dealbreaker for many.
