With almost 40 years in real estate sales business.
It has always been interesting and disappointing.
To see about eighty five percent of the people’s production low.
Like selling one to three homes every one to five years.
And you always see around fifteen percent of agents at a higher level than the ones on the low level.
The words herein are for those on that lower level, not those at the higher level.
And this may or may not work.
But only if those at the lower level are sick and tired of being where they have always been.
There is only one time since 1978, that the real estate market went in the tank.
Affecting all real estate agents in America. Back around 2008.
The way to move up from the eighty five percent to the fifteen percent:
1 You must really want to.
2 When you select an idea such as knocking on 500 doors every month (the same 500 works best).
3 Calling 1000 people every month.
Just to name a few, and you get close to the time to begin, and the thought comes to mind
To not do it.
That is your key point.
Tell yourself over and over that you WILL do it, even thought you are considering not doing it.
You see this is the critical time, where you either do it, or you don’t.
Set a time you must begin, and a time you must finish.
And to not allow anyone or anything prevent you from moving past this determining time.
It actually gets annoying to have people ask me how the market is?
It is actually always good, for the person who always is selling with that level of the fifteen percent
group of agents.
