Rough Seas - An Omen
The saying "Red Sky In Morning...Sailors Warning" is in reference to a scientifically valid tale about weather patterns. It means that today may bring rough seas. Well, Sedona is just a little bit land locked but we are in for a front passing through later today.
In addition, I also am in the middle of "rough sea" negotiations on a contract and this sky just reminded me of that quote connection!
The Good - The Bad - The Ugly
Many of you may have noticed that I have been absent from AR this past week. A series of good events and some with minor consequence have kept me from getting on this platform I enjoy.
Sometimes - Everything Hits At Once
Unfortunately, the flu bug was in town. Both my husband and I were inoculated for the latest flu back in October but there are millions of strains. It started with Tristan, poor baby, he got hit and then his father and some how, my husband got it. Luckily I did not get it! But watching Tristan became a full time job because his mother was in RE training in Phoenix.
The internet was also a problem both at home and in my office! At some point, you have to scream out YIKES!
Gang Busters
In the mean time, my business took off fast, just like last year. I am working three deals and showing property to other serious buyers. A couple of days, I didn't get to bed until midnight. I already have buyers scheduled for mimimum of 4 days next week. I am also working on 3 listings.
Don't get me wrong.... I rather be super busy than sitting waiting for the phone to ring. It is just my way of saying, I wish I could have spent some time on AR.
