This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were down 0,0 percent, new homes are up 6.5 percent and resale condos are up 3.2 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 12.9 percent, down 19.6 percent on condos and up 3.3 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are down 7.4 percent and the sales volume is down 33.3 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are down 5.4 percent and the sales volume is down 25.9 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 7.5 percent and the sales volume is down 16.0 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 12.0 and the sales volume is down 11.0 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 0.8 percent and the sales volume is down 17.2 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 10.3 percent and the sales volume down 55.7 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 2.4 percent and the sales volume is up 0.0 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 8.0 percent and the sales volume is down 42.6 percent.
Corona del Mar has been greatly effected on median price 29% down since last week and 43% down in sales volume again since last week. The sales volume is down big but the numbers for the median prices are up in most of the other areas.. It is a continuing indication of a shift in the market but how big and it likely effect is too earily to tell yet.
