Students or KidsWhen people are moving to the Collin County area, they sometimes ask "is Lovejoy ISD a good school district?".  My answers is always yes it is!  Lovejoy ISD covers parts of several cities including Allen, Fairview, Lucas, McKinney, and Parker, TX.  The school district covers 17 square miles and is a 5A school district.  One of the coolest things about Lovejoy ISD is that they allow Tuition-Based Enrollment.  If you live in the nearby area but are not inside the school district boundaries and wish to enroll your child in Lovejoy ISD you can pay to do so.

If you are considering a move to the area, you will be happy to know that residents in these cities enjoy a country lifestyle with nearby city amenities offered by Allen, McKinney, Plano, Richardson, and North Dallas. Conveniently located just north of Dallas, TX and with easy access to Lake Lavon where residents enjoy fishing and boating and equestrian trails are available for horse lovers.  If you are planning to move to the area, the North Texas Top Team Realtors will be here to help you. Whether you are buying, selling, or simply considering a move, we will be happy to speak with you. If you are looking for a lake view home, acreage home site, horse property, or a home within a subdivision; this is your resource for real estate for sale in the Lovejoy ISD area.
