Top 3 Reasons you should consider a Nutritarian Diet

I have spent the past 12 days as a Nutritarian and I have to say I already feel soooo much better than I did AND I've lost 7 pounds to boot.  That's a lot considering I've been dieting the pas 6 months and haven't been able to lose more than 5 in that entire time and kept gaining it back over and over.

 

Here are the top 3 reasons you should become a Nutritarian.

 

1. You are sick and tired of yo-yo dieting.

You've tried it all and you are tired of losing a little weight, gaining it back and more, and starving in the process.  Nothing you do works and you don't have a long term solution.  The Nutritarian diet will help you lose weight fast, easily, and WITHOUT hunger!  You can eat LARGER portions of food with lots of nutrients so your body gets the vitaimins, minerals, and phytonutrients it needs to turn off hunger!

 

2. You are concerned about your health and might already have health issues.

If you have ANY kind of health issue it will probably be cured by a Nutritarian diet.  Type 2 Diabetes or pre-diabetic?  High blood pressure?  Auto immune disorders? Obesity? High Cholesterol? All of these are diet CAUSED diesease and are entirely preventable AND curable with a Nutritarian Diet.  Are you concerned about Dementia or Cancer?  Also, primarily diet-caused diseases and with the high nutrient dense Nutritarian diet you can prevent yourself from ever have to worry about cancer or dementia.  Do you have really bad allergies or irritable bowl disease?  This diet can help you too.  Food is our BEST medicine.

 

3. You want to live to be 100!

Studies have shown that those who have a mostly plant-based diet, like a Nutritarian, live the longest.  Those who consume a mostly meat, dairy, and processed foods diet, like the SAD (Standard American Diet), do NOT.  No other time in history do we have the opportunity to live as long, yet we don't because of the foods we consume.  We have access to ALL the healthiest foods due to all our modern conviences like grocery stores, online shopping, freezers, and refrigeration!  If we would just take advantage of all our health promoting food, we could increase our average life span by DECADES.

If you had the choice between dying in your 70s or living to 100, what would you choose?  Guess what?  You CAN.  Choose to eat the healthiest diet and you can live a long fullfilling, disease free, prescription drug free life!
