Buying  A Home! 

OMG!!!!   You finally did it!  You are ready to buy a home!  Breathe, breathe, big breath ... There are a few more steps to take before you get to move in to your dream
home. There is the obvious step of actually finding the home, but how do you plan to pay for it, how do you best protect your investment,  what inspections are necessary to make sure your dream home is truly a dream, and oh don't forget about strategic negotiations to get the home of your dreams!   

Sounds overwhelming? Well, it can be.  Lucky for you, there are professionals that do this day in and day out.  We are here to help you every step of the way.

The first step is to have a consultation with a professional. (That's me!) During the consultation, not only will your questions be answered but also the questions you didn't even know you had will be answered.  Together we will create a game plan to find your dream home!  We make sure your financing options are in place - whether it's cash or a mortgage, we need a plan!   We go over the process of what happens after we find your dream home- making sure to cover any paperwork, inspections, costs, timelines- you name it we go over it!   

Implementing the plan is the best!  All decision makers are involved in viewing the selected homes.    Who is  a decision maker? Typically, the people who are going to be on the contract/loan, who are going to be paying and/or living in the house.  Although sometimes we like to include everyone we invited to the wedding- it's really not necessary and can be counterproductive.  Their dream home may not be your dream home.  Do you want to live in your dream home or in someone else's?    Don't let them squash your dreams!   

Surprise them with a moving party and have them help you move into your new home!  You thought I was going to say surprise them with a huge house warming party didn't you?  Well, once you settle in you can invite them over for a huge party (if they were a big help during the moving party.  LOL )
