So let's look at the things that can influence a condo's desirability.
What are the neighborhood amenities?
Is the HOA association financially sound?
Are the condos updated or out of style?
Is the condo's floor plan appealing?
What's the style of the condo? Apartment-like? Attached ranch? Townhome?
What's the view? Maybe a lake or some woods?
