Cocoa Beach Parking Permits are now on sale

The 2019 parking permits for the City of Cocoa Beach are now on sale. The fee is $15.00 for residents of Cocoa Beach and $70.00 for non-residents.

Permits are valid at all paid parking areas in the City of Cocoa Beach except Shephard Park. Without a permit, parking rates are $2.50/hour or $10/day at most of the paid parking areas.

Be sure to bring both your driver’s license and registration as proof of residency to purchase your permit. If your license does not match your vehicle registration, you will need to show proof of residency such as a utility bill.

Endre, Our parking permits are not for residential...they are used at paid parking areas (mostly metered) in either downtown Cocoa Beach or other shopping areas in the City. Shephard Park is one of the exceptions where they cannot be used. Diana
