It's Almost Here

Last week I told you about a new listing. 

This afternoon was spent with the sellers, meeting the photographer, measuring all three levels, answering lots of questions, explaining and finalizing the listing agreement.

Before leaving my photographer hung the HomeRome sign on the pre-installed signpost.

Before it can go ACTIVE there is the uploading and describing each photo, filling out the newish BRIGHT MLS and sending to the sellers for final approval.
