Begin to End.
This post is in honor my ex brother-in-law Randy, a retired Fire Chief who lost a valiant fight to cancer. He became a child advocate for those in dangerous situations, who were neglected or abused. He was their voice and saving grace.
We need more people willing to bravely speak up like him, even when standing alone.
As industry professionals, we must also speak up to better local Board offices, serve on committees and report unethical behavior. This improves the standard of business for all. Remaining quiet may mean a yes or no, whether intended.
