MOVING IS EMOTIONAL
Here is an important truth. For as exciting as a move is, it is also a roller coaster ride, filled with emotions! All of us have things that we struggle with and things that at times seem to overwhelm us. Moving is no exception. These are the times when buyers need strength, courage, and the power to make rational and realistic decisions. Focusing on needs take time. How individuals respond to change can impact their quality of life. It is crucial for buyers to have the right licensed agent to build a relationship with. You just can't build relationships with images, algorithms, or technology alone. Only humans experience true emotions.
When it comes to the most expensive investment in your life, proper guidance by trained and experienced professionals licensed to do the business makes a difference. MLS photos may be nice, but you can't judge a book by a cover, nor a house by its photos. Information is necessary. But is it the right information to make an informed decision? The news media tends to focus more on the negative. Advertisements can be seductive. Having the right information is critical. To everyone who buys a home, it is expensive. Taking your values into consideration and knowing who you can trust, i.e., someone with credibility, a heart, mind, and soul who is invested in selling real estate for all the right reasons makes all the difference.
Time is a factor. It takes more than 30 minutes to look at three homes and make a decision. Investments take time. Real Estate Agents are not paid, actors in the entertainment world. To become a licensed agent, be self-employed, and stay in the business is the most expensive investment in an agent's life. Experienced agents know moving is an emotional experience and most consumers are walking into unchartered territory. Moving is an emotional experience. When making a move, remember, it is a body, mind, and soul that moves you to make the right decisions. Have a heart - hire a sales agent who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®
