Santa Maria

Santa Maria is a beautiful horseshoe shaped beach in Los Cabos. The site provides excellent family-friendly activities that visitors can enjoy. The local marine life is thriving in the area, and beachgoers can go snorkeling in some shallow parts of the water to view the underwater wonders. The beach is at KM 11.5 from the main highway and it is a local favorite that you should visit for yourself.


Medano Beach

Medano Beach is a long beachline with fine sand and calm waters which is perfect for families with young children. The tranquil water is one of the safest in the region, and one of the most frequently visited places by tourists. There are several restaurants and bars near the beach where residents can relax and enjoy with drinks or snacks. Lover's Beach

Lover's Beach is a small cove near the natural landmark of Land's End. It's a famous picture perfect beach destination where many tourists go to take pictures of the breathtaking views. You'll have to take a water taxi from the marina to get to the beach which will cost you a fare of around $20 for a round trip. Make sure to bring your snorkeling gear and underwater camera since there are excellent spots nearby that you don't want to miss. If you plan to stay in the area for a while, you'll want to pack some cold drinks and light lunch, or you can have your tour company organize a meal for you.


Chileno Beach

Chileno Beach is another must-visit beach along the Cabo San Lucas region. The beach like many other beaches along the corridor is beautiful and perfect for swimming. The ocean in Chileno Beach does not allow motorized boats making the area ideal for snorkeling. The waters here offer some of the best marine life in Cabo with lovely corals, diverse and colorful fishes, and during the right season there are sea turtles, whales, and dolphins around.


Playa Solmar

Playa Solmar is on the side of Cabo that is facing the Pacific Ocean. Swimming is not allowed in the beaches here due to strong currents and big waves. There are many hotels in the area that have semi-private beach access. Since vendors are not permitted, the shoreline of Playa Solmar is perfect for tourists who want a private vacation where they can relax on the beach and enjoy the sun. Excellent trails and hiking paths are available and are ideal for a walk with fantastic views of the iconic Cabo rock formations at Land's End.

Tequila Cove

Tequila Cove or Playa Bledito is one of the beach locations in Los Cabos. The many luxury resorts and beautiful coastline offer excellent water activities for families staying in the area. If you're looking for exciting activities you can either rent a Jet Ski or Wave Runner available at many rental companies. The man-made breakwater provides excellent swimming-only locations in the ocean where families can spend some time enjoying the water. If you plan to visit the beach you can stay at the Hilton Hotel which covers a good portion of the beachfront property in Tequila Cove. The hotel at KM 19.5 is also the best place to access Playa Bledito.
