Stowe, Vermont Area - Home Sales Market Report - 2018 compared to 2017
It's a very snowy day here in Stowe so I thought I'd catch up on my market reports. The Market Report covers the State of Vermont, Stowe, Waterbury, Morristown, Hyde Park, Elmore, Johnson and Wolcott VERMONT. The stats for 2018 vs. 2017 came out about the way I expected.
Of the areas I keep track of, Stowe is the only town that saw an increase in the number of Homes Sold. Most areas did see and increase in Median and Average Sale prices. All the markets saw a significant decrease in the number of homes available for sale. This lack of inventory is the main reason that the number of SOLDS is lower.
