This beautiful expansive home on a large lot in the beautiful Bridlewood community in Poway, an inland community, has a new owner.
This gorgeous 2-story home offered my buyers exactly what they wanted - lots of space, a swimming pool, outdoor entertaining area, and a large lot. The home is located close to the Lake Poway recreation area, shopping, dining options and easy access to the 15 freeway ad main roads heading toward the coast. And Poway schools have an excellent reputation!
As with many homes in the San Diego area, there were multiple offers, even in the million dollar plus range, but with a little negotiation and strong buyer financials, we were quickly in escrow a couple of weeks before Christmas. Some lender issues meant a change to my preferred lender in the first week - who performed in a stellar manner as she always done - but we were off and running with approvals quickly and no delays.
Despite the holidays and days off for lenders, escrow and others, all got done according to the contract dates, with the only delay at the end due to termite tenting that had to be pushed back a few days due to rain, which delayed closing a few days as well. That's a first for me.
