We will clearly explain the different types of agency relationships that the public can enter into with a licensed Real Estate salesperson and broker.

We will provide you with the forms that the Dept. of State requires Real Estate salespeople and brokers to have acknowledged, upon initial substantiate contact when starting a working relationship.

WE will return your calls in a timely fashion.

We will guide you through every step of the Real Estate Transaction process.

We will be present at your closing and stay in touch with you after the transaction.

We will provide buyers or sellers with names of other Real Estate professionals if needed. At least three names of each professional will be provided so the consumer can make their own decision as to who they choose to work with. Examples of these professionals would be: Attorneys, lenders, inspectors, accountants etc.

Every buyer should be pre approved by a lender prior to searching for a home. We will make sure you are put in touch with a few lenders if you are in need of a pre approval.

We will provide all the necessary forms, some examples are offer to purchase and disclosure forms, listing forms & listing contract. Your attorney will provide the contract of sale.

We will present all offers as soon as received, as soon as the seller can be reached.

Assist you with the pricing of your home by doing a market evaluation (Comparative Market Analysis.)

Present you with a detailed marketing plan, promoting your property through the internet, advertizing, networking, signage, and more.

Give you tips in regard to getting your home ready to be placed on the market. Which may include enhancements that can help you maximize your price?

Guidance with the negotiating process.

Provide sellers with a written sellers closing cost net sheet, which will also include a list of the types of documents their attorney will need in order to draw up a contract of sale.

We will provide you with feedback after your home is shown.

We will stay in touch with you on a regular basis, always informing you of market conditions.

We will contact you to let you know when competing properties are being listed.

All offers to be presented to you along with a buyer's pre approval, and agency disclosure.

We will keep in touch with you throughout the transaction, following all aspects of the sale and updating you until the transfer of title.
