Get In On The Ground Floor, Cause We're Going Up

What do you think of when you hear, "Camden, New Jersey"? Do you think of all the new developments and the work that is going into a once broken city? Do you think of all the people who have banded together to make it a safer place for the children of the city? If you are like most, the very word Camden can send chills throughout your body. After all, whenever it is displayed on television or ever talked about in conversation, the bad things are brought to the forefront. The drugs and criminals are given more coverage than the individuals, families and businesses who are holding this city together.

As a company who is located in Camden city, working hard to help those in the community who would otherwise not be able to qualify for homeownership, the growth and development of the city means alot. From the outside looking in, you may not see the children happily playing together, the parents who go out of their way to look out for every child in the community and the businesses who do everything to contribute to the success of the city. It is hard looking from the outside, to see how far this city has truly come. Even though there is still a long way to go, we are well on the road to seeing Camden restored to its natural beauty.

This is important, because when you think of purchasing a home, investment property or even renting, everyone wants the beautiful location that is already restored, and that's understandable. However, it is important to get in on the ground floor. A city like Camden has a lot to offer from the beautiful Waterfront, Aquarium, Stadiums and all of the new additions that you have to see to believe. This may not be your first choice for home ownership, but it should definitely be somewhere on your list of choices.

I know that you may have some doubt, but it's like getting in on the ground floor. If you are an investor, you are purchasing a property before all the increases and growth. You will have a property that is worth much more than you paid for it. You will also have a front row seat to see a city rise up from the ashes. What could be better than that.

I know that you have many reservations, but don't take my word for it. Take a drive downtown and see for yourself.

Glad to hear that the city of Camden NJ is on a come back. That is good for all of the towns people no matter what job you have there. A growing community is better for most all of us. Ted

Good morning Dennis. I haven't been to Camden in 20 years. I saw a wonderful mature dog on death row on the internet yesterday. Perhaps you could post him for help.

Dennis, I like the perspective and the information. Camden has had problems similar to Wilmington DE. When we got the moniker of Murder City, it sure hurt people's perceptions, especially when the suburbs around the inner city are also  called Wilmingotn. But... our city is becoming stronger, safer, and is attracting growth and businesses. I with much success to Camden and to your business!
