Kula Kai is one of those older subdivisions that did everything right.  Underground utilities, large lots of 1/3 acre or more, no CC&R's.  It's the kind of neighborhood where you can build a house of any style you like, and most of the homes are very well maintained.

Georgie, It sure does sound like the builders of Kula Kai did everything right!  And yes I would gladly use a sauna on a cold night, tonight would be perfect since we are going down to 21 and much lower over the next few days!
