Warminster township is located in Centennial school district in Bucks county, Pennsylvania.

I looked up Brightmls for residential listings that sold in 2018.

This is what I found .:

There were 422 homes that sold in 2018. This does not include sale by owner homes and homes not listed in mls. It is subject to errors and omissions.

There are 62 active listings in mls as of 1-27-19 .

Bucks county is named for Buckinghamshire. It was founded in 1682. The county seat is Doylestown.
