Recipe for Baking Coconut Pretzels in a Microwave

Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Gold DRE #00697006

Photography inspires me in cookbooks and magazines. I do not often get a chance to cook or bake anything but every so often I do tend to find inspiration in a photograph. Can I make this object, I wonder to myself. And then I set out to do it. Not to necessarily consume the end result, but it's not a bad distraction.

However, there is just something about coconut pretzels that sounded really good. They actually are pretty amazing. Perhaps it is the cup of whipped cream or all of that brown sugar! And probably the funniest part of the whole ordeal was when I sat down with the final manipulation of bread dough and suddenly realized I do not know how to make a pretzel shape.

You can read more in my personal blog today at this link and I encourage you to try out the recipe: How to Make Coconut Pretzels in a Microwave Convection.

Aloha Elizabeth- - - I admit that I don't find recipes/cookbooks particularly intriguing but I do enjoy reading restuarant reviews. Is it time for reservations at Chateaus Weintraub?

HI  Elizabeth... even though I avoid carbs and starches, this really looks yummy and I probably "give in" to a taste or two or three.

Michael Jacobs So you're telling me you've never looked at a photograph of food and wondered if you could duplicate that item?
