We have all seen the hardship stories from furloughed government workers on TV, our social media feeds, or first hand from family, friends, and past and present clients - especially in suburban Maryland, the stories are many. As much as I wish I could fix it, the least I can do is to share the following message from HomeSnap that I found just too wonderful to ignore and to not share!
What do you have to do?
Tell HomeSnap what your home means to you by taking a picture, recording a video, or putting it into a few words and sharing it on social media including these two hashtags: #MyHomeMeans and #ShutdownStories. Post it by January 31st, 2019 and don't forget to tag HomeSnap so they hear you and you are entered into the drawing.
You can find all rules, an entry form for non-social media submissions, as well as the fine print HERE.

* I am a licensed REALTOR® in Maryland. I do not work for HomeSnap and I am not affiliated with HomeSnap. I do, however, have a profile on HomeSnap and a Pro Account because it's a great tool for my home buyers in Silver Spring and beyond and myself. Plus, IMHO, this is a wonderful thing HomeSnap is doing and I simply wanted to help spread the word. *
HomeSnap is helping furloughed government workers make
their February mortgage payment!
