The Single-Family Market in Pawleys Island had a good 2018. We had an increase in inventory with a 3.7% increase in sales price and a 5.3% decrease in the number of days on the market. Sellers are getting 96.1% of their asking price. All good news.


The Condo Market in Pawleys Island showed a decrease in inventory this past year, but we had a 7.5% increase in Sale Price and Sellers are getting 96.3% of asking price. The number of days on the market dropped by 22.2%.
